Zinchenko leaves Man Metropolis to hitch Arsenal for $36 million


LONDON — Oleksandr Zinchenko turned the second participant to depart Manchester Metropolis to hitch Arsenal on this offseason after signing for a reported charge of 30 million kilos ($36 million) on Friday.
